Services Overview

Revlium Systems provides professional website design and development services for service-based businesses. Our services focus on building clean, conversion-focused websites using proven layouts designed to help businesses present their services clearly and generate inquiries.

Services may include website design, page layout implementation, contact form setup, domain connection support, and related technical configuration. Services are provided as structured website builds with optional add-ons that may be selected by the client.

Website Plan Terms

These Website Plan Terms (“Plan Terms”) apply to Revlium’s monthly Website Plan and its optional add-ons. They work alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Agreement

These Plan Terms are an agreement between Revlium Systems (“Revlium,” “we,” “us”) and the business or person signing up (“Client,” “you”). By submitting payment, signing up through our forms, or approving your website for launch, you agree to these Plan Terms. If you sign up on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.

2. What’s included

For $47 per month, the Website Plan includes:

Design and build of up to five (5) content pages (for example: Home, Services, About, Service Area, Contact)

Legal pages (Terms, Privacy Policy) at no extra charge; these don’t count toward the five pages

Mobile-friendly design

Website hosting and SSL security certificate

One contact or quote request form, with email notifications

Basic on-page Google setup: page titles, descriptions, headings and image text

Links to your Google Business Profile and social profiles

Monthly edits as described in Section 7

Revlium will deliver a first draft within 10 business days of receiving your business information, logo and photos.

3. What’s not included

Available as separately quoted add-ons:

Pages beyond the included five ($75 per page, one time)

Online stores, booking systems or member logins

Copywriting beyond basic page text, blog posts or ongoing content

Logo design, branding or professional photography

Paid advertising, ongoing SEO campaigns or guaranteed search rankings

Domain name purchase and email inboxes (see Section 10)

Third-party software or subscriptions you request

4. Billing and payment

No setup fee. The Website Plan is $47 per month, billed in advance. Add-ons are billed on the same date.

The first payment is due at signup. Work begins once it’s received.

Your card on file is charged automatically on the same date each month.

If a payment fails, we’ll notify you and retry. If payment isn’t received within 7 days, we may take your website offline until your account is current.

We may change monthly pricing with at least 30 days’ written notice. You can cancel before the new price takes effect.

Prices don’t include any applicable sales tax.

5. Cancellation

No contract. You may cancel anytime.

To cancel, email [email protected] or text (208) 314-1540 at least 7 days before your next billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid month.

Payments already made are not refundable, including partial months.

When your plan ends, the website goes offline and hosting stops, unless you buy out the website under Section 6. Your domain name stays yours.

On request within 30 days of cancellation, we’ll send you a copy of the text and images you provided.

6. Website ownership and buyout

The Website Plan is a website rental service. Your monthly payment covers use of the website, not its purchase.

You own your content: your business name, logo, photos, and the text and information you provide.

Revlium owns the website: its design, layout, code and templates, which we license to you while your plan is active.

Buyout option: after 6 consecutive paid months, you may purchase the website for a one-time fee of $997. We’ll then transfer a copy of the site to a platform account you control. Hosting after transfer is your responsibility.

7. Edits and updates

Before launch: up to 2 rounds of revisions on your first draft.

After launch: up to 15 minutes of edits per month, such as updating text, hours, prices, photos or contact details.

Unused edit time doesn’t roll over.

Requests beyond 15 minutes, new pages or redesigns are billed at $75 per hour, quoted in advance for your approval.

8. Add-ons and free trial

Website Plan clients can add these at any time and cancel any add-on anytime:

Missed-call text back free trial

Who it’s for: Website Plan clients whose site is live may request a free 30-day trial. The trial is optional and starts only when you ask for it.

What it does: when a call to your business number goes unanswered, the caller automatically gets a text so you can follow up.

Setup: carriers require business texting registration. You agree to provide your legal business name, EIN (or sole proprietor details) and business address. The trial starts when your texting number goes live, which can take several days after registration.

Card on file: a payment card is required to start the trial. After 30 days, the service continues at $47/month unless you cancel before the trial ends. We’ll remind you by email at least 7 days before it ends.

Texting rules: texts may only go to people who called you. We may pause the service if carriers flag misuse.

No guarantee of delivery: carriers may delay or filter texts outside our control.

Phone and texting fees for normal use are included in the add-on price.

If you cancel the Website Plan, all add-ons end at the same time.

9. Referral credits

Refer another business and get a free month for each one that signs up.

The new client names you as their referral when they sign up.

Once the referred business pays its first 2 months, you receive a credit equal to one month of your current plan (for example, $47 for the Website Plan or $117 for the Growth bundle).

Credits apply automatically to your next bill, and extra credits roll forward.

Up to 12 credits per year. Referred businesses must be new to Revlium. Self-referrals and businesses you own don’t count.

Credits have no cash value and expire if your account is cancelled.

We may change or end the referral program with 30 days’ notice. Credits already earned will be honored.

10. Client responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide your business information, logo and photos within 14 days of signup. Delays on your end may delay launch, but billing continues.

Confirm you own or have permission to use everything you provide, including photos, logos and testimonials.

Make sure the information on your website, such as prices, licenses, claims and reviews, is accurate and lawful.

Review and approve your website before launch.

Keep your contact and payment details current.

Domain, hosting and uptime

Domain: you purchase and own your domain in your own account. We’ll connect it to your website and can help you buy one in your name, at your cost.

Email: business email inboxes are not included.

Hosting: we host your website for as long as your plan is active.

Uptime: we work to keep your website online but don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. Outages caused by hosting providers, internet issues or maintenance are not grounds for a refund.

11. Results and liability

No guaranteed results. We don’t guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads or sales.

Limit of liability. Our total liability for any claim related to the Website Plan is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months before the claim. We’re not liable for lost profits, lost data or indirect damages.

Indemnification. You agree to cover Revlium for claims arising from content you provide, including copyright, trademark or false advertising claims.

12. General

Termination by Revlium. We may suspend or end your plan for non-payment, unlawful or harmful content, or abusive conduct, with written notice where possible.

Changes to these Plan Terms. We may update these Plan Terms with 30 days’ written notice. Continuing your plan after that date means you accept the update.

Governing law. These Plan Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any dispute will be handled in Ada County, Idaho.
